Alabama Storm Pros is a free directory that helps Alabama homeowners find licensed contractors for roofing, FORTIFIED roofs, impact windows and glass, wind-rated doors and storm shutters.
Where our listings come from
Our 231 listings currently come from the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractorspublic roster (October 2026). That board licenses commercial contractors. We include businesses with an Alabama address, an unexpired license, and a roofing, glass and glazing, windows and glass, glass windows and doors, window systems, aluminum storefront or curtain wall specialty, plus a few whose business names clearly indicate roofing, window or glass work. County is derived from the business ZIP code using the U.S. Census Bureau's ZIP code tabulation area to county relationship file.
This is not a list of every contractor in Alabama. Contractors who build and remodel homes, including residential roofers, are licensed by the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board. We have requested that board's roster and are adding more residential contractors. Licensed contractors who aren't listed yet can request a listing.
We show the license number, license type, classifications and expiration date from the roster. We don't publish ratings, reviews, phone numbers or street addresses. Licenses can be renewed, suspended or changed at any time, so please verify on theALBGC license search before you hire.

How we make money
Basic listings are free. Contractors can pay for featured placement, which is always labeled "Featured." We may also be paid when we connect homeowners with contractors through quote requests. Payments don't affect which licensed businesses are listed.
Corrections
